3.If I go ahead with your service, how long is the warranty?
We stand by the quality of our installations and repairs. Warranty duration may vary depending on the type of service or equipment involved — we’ll clearly confirm the coverage before the job begins so you know exactly what’s included.
Unlike many tradies who advertise “10-year” or “20-year” warranties that often only apply to product manufacturers, our warranty is clearly split into two parts:
(1)Parts Warranty
This depends on the manufacturer or supplier and is often 5+ years — sometimes even lifetime coverage depending on the product.
(2)Installation Warranty
This covers the quality of our workmanship and varies by service type. For example, antenna installations include a 5-year installation warranty. If any issue within that period is caused by our installation quality, we’ll return and repair or rectify it at no cost.
We believe in being transparent about what’s actually covered — product warranty and workmanship warranty are not the same, and we make that clear upfront. And all warranty details will be clearly listed on your invoice receipt.
4.What payment methods do you accept?
For standard residential jobs, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger security or commercial projects, a deposit may be required to secure the booking and secure materials, with the remaining balance due upon final handover.

To be honest, I spent the last few years working with major service platforms. I’ve earned over 100 five-star reviews across those networks, but unfortunately, those reviews stay with the platforms. Now, I’ve stepped out on my own—I even built this website myself from scratch! I’m starting fresh, but with my standard of work, I know it won’t take long to build another 100 five-star reviews here.
7.Do you currently provide CCTV and alarm installation, testing, and repair services?
I am currently in the final stages of obtaining my security license, which is undergoing the standard Victoria Police vetting process. I am well aware that there are cheap, unlicensed labor in the market, but those installations leave property owners with zero insurance and legal protection if a privacy or security breach occurs.
For me, compliance is non-negotiable. I refuse to take shortcuts before my license is officially issued. Operating 100% legally and safely is how I ensure my clients have total peace of mind when trusting me with their security.
