Parts are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Antenna installation has a 5-year workmanship warranty; cabling, boosters and repairs have a 2-year workmanship warranty. For an installation issue within the applicable warranty period, Jade will return and put it right at no extra cost. Confirm the equipment and applicable warranty in your quote.

Our price match applies to a valid, itemised written quote from a local, licensed and fully insured competitor within the same service region, dated within the last 14 days. The business name, Australian ABN and contact details must be included. Services, equipment specifications, cabling, mounting hardware and warranty terms must be identical. Verbal quotes, private cash-in-hand offers, clearance or liquidation offers, below-cost promotions, bundled third-party services, conditional rebates and work outside standard operating hours are excluded. Jade Telecom may verify the quote and decline a request that falls below operational and material costs or does not meet these conditions.
