Read the price match conditions
Price matching applies to TV antenna and data cabling services.
Provide a written, itemised quote dated within the last 14 days, including the competitor’s business name, valid Australian ABN and contact details. Verbal quotes and private cash-in-hand offers are excluded.
The services and hardware specifications must be identical, including brand or quality, Cat6 specifications where relevant, mounting hardware and warranty terms.
The competitor must be a local, licensed and fully insured commercial business serving Melbourne’s south-east and complying with relevant Australian standards.
Clearance, liquidation or below-cost promotional offers, package discounts, bundled third-party services and conditional rebates are excluded.
After-hours, public-holiday and emergency work are excluded.
Jade Telecom may verify the quote and decline a price match that is below our operating and material costs or does not meet these conditions.
How do the standard rates apply?
Most standard jobs follow the listed rates. Wall construction, roof or floor access and unusually complex cabling can affect the scope. Jade confirms any additional work and the final quote with you before starting.
Required parts and extra cable runs for fault-finding work are discussed first. The prices on this page include GST.
What if my TV size or job is not listed?
The TV labour rates cover the listed 32–55 inch and 65–75 inch screen-size bands. For other sizes, unusual wall construction or a job not covered by this guide, contact Jade for a job-specific quote.
A photo of the wall, equipment or proposed cable route can help, but you can call with a question first.
Is security camera pricing available?
Security camera installation is currently listed as coming soon. Pricing will be added when this service is available.
