I’m Jade Song, the owner and technician behind Jade Telecom. My work in TV and internet installation and repairs began in 2017. Jade Telecom was registered as a company in 2022, and in 2026 I launched our own website and advertising to serve local customers directly.

For nearly a decade, I’ve focused on Melbourne’s south east, helping local customers and property managers solve TV reception, internet connectivity and data cabling problems. Every job receives the same care and attention, however small. This approach has earned 200+ five-star customer reviews and many local recommendations.

Along the way, I’ve been recognised multiple times as a Foxtel Platinum Technician and as a “Most Popular Technician” on an antenna services platform.
